The sections of the Cape to Cape track used for the tour are rated as moderate, with a couple of easier sections around Sugarloaf Rock and Boranup forest providing a breather.

For the nature lover, there is no shortage of wildlife and plant variety on the Cape to Cape track. The area is a world biodiversity hotspot, with approximately 80% of the plant life found nowhere else in the world. There are magnificent wildflowers along the track in Spring and an abundance of birdlife year round. Dolphins are regularly seen playing in the waves, and whales cruise the ocean alongside the track from June to December.
