This revitalising 4-day program combines luxury Bhutanese accommodation with one of the finest short trekking and overnight camping experiences to some of the inspirational highlights of Paro Valley.

    Regarded as the ‘the trek of the thousand Dakinis, Bumdra Monastery Trek is a two-day pilgrimage to Paro Valley's highest monastery before heading straight from Bumdra to the Taktang Monastery (Tiger's Nest). It offers a spectacular view of the Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest) which you will not see from the usual tourist route.

    For this Bumdra Monastery trekking tour, you will be fully supported with a professional trekking team including horses carrying all your luggages, a cook, and guides. All camping gear will be provided except for your sleeping bag. The campsite just below Bumdra Monastery gives you a unique camping experience with an unobstructed view of the Himalayan ranges. As the cold winds batter the tent, you sit around the camp fire with hot food freshly cooked and served to you. This is a memory that will last a lifetime.

    You'll also stay in a spacious suite at Zhiwa Ling for two nights, an architectural gem that unites Bhutanese culture and heritage with luxury comforts. Accommodation upgrade is available to Como Uma Paro at an additional cost. 

    The tour is privately guided. You only need to carry a day pack.

    All quality meals are included for the duration of the tour. All ground transfers as well as transfers to and from Paro airport are included.

    You'll be hosted by a local Bhutanese driver and guide, who are highly experienced and knowledgeable.
