Stretching over 50 kilometres from Binalong Bay in the south to Eddystone Point in the north, the region is renowned for it's jaw-dropping scenery from the turquoise-coloured ocean breaking onto a breathtakingly white beach to the rugged rock formations draped with orange lichen. This beautiful part of Tasmania's east coast has been named by Lonely Planet as the hottest travel destination in the world, and is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful places in Australia.

    Twin share accommodation for the first two nights is at the comfortable Forester Beach Camp, nestled in a protected dune swale behind a glorious white sand beach within the National Park. The final night's accommodation is at the luxurious Bay of Fires Lodge. The Bay of Fires Lodge enjoys views up and down the pristine white sandy beaches in an area of great significance to the Aboriginal community.

    The experience includes three days of guided walking from Mt William National Park to Bay of Fires. Expert field guides will enhance your journey with their knowledge and understanding of the flora, fauna, geology and history of the local area. All meals and transfers to and from Launceston are included.

    Departing from Launceston, the easy to moderate grade walk begins at the Bay of Fires on the northernmost section of Mount William National Park. From here you'll explore iconic sights such as Boulder Point, Cobbler Rocks, Cod Bay, the pink granite lighthouse at Eddystone Point, and beautiful Anson's Bay across sand and headlands encountering some rocky trails. Throughout the tour you'll admire the rich variety of bird life, with nearly 100 species occurring in the area. This remarkable region is also famed for its spectacular native wildflowers.

    Accommodation each night is included in self-contained farm-house style accommodation at Icena Beach House, a short drive of Mt William National Park. Each of the two houses (Icena and Platypus) are air-conditioned, fully furnished 4 bedroom homes. All meals will be prepared for you by your expert guides.

    The 9 day walk, cycle & kayak adventure is packed with all the must‑see highlights of Tasmania's spectacular East Coast, including Bay of Fires, Douglas Apsley National Park, Freycinet National Park, Tasman Peninsula and Three Capes. This tour is designed to cater to a wide range of experiences and fitness levels and the constant presence and support of professional guides provides you with the option of completing as many or as few kilometres as you please during each day.

    The tour is fully vehicle supported so you can walk, cycle & kayak as much as you like. You only need to carry a day pack.
