  • Outback Jet

Stylish Transfer Throughout the Whole Journey
When you board our immaculate Outback Jet you are stepping on to a sophisticated and high-performance touring vehicle. The Outback Jet is capable of cruising at speeds of over 300 knots (560kmph) coupled with the ability to land on short, remote runways. This is your key to unrivalled accessibility to remote wilderness areas, cattle stations the size of small countries and the real outback Australia.

But what’s more, your every seat is the window seat and we rotate the seating so everyone gets a different perspective. With the ability to fly high and fast, we also operate as low as 500ft above the ground, or, ‘low and slow’ when over landmarks such as The Lost City, Uluru, Wineglass Bay and the list is endless. You even get the chance to sit up in the flight deck with your Captain to experience the flight as ‘co-pilot’.

The Outback Jet is fitted with comfortable all leather seats and has excellent climate control. We do the majority of our flying in the mornings when conditions are generally calm. Being pressurised, we can climb above any bad weather so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the smooth ride.

  • Accommodation

You will stay in handpicked unique and inspiring hotels, camps and lodges throughout the journey:

1st Night: The Prairie Hotel, Parachilna
A historic, stylish outback hotel in a town with an official population of two. The Prairie’s use of local and indigenous ingredients for their famed restaurant menu has attracted visitors the world over and won them numerous awards. Combined with stunning scenery and expert guiding of the Flinders Ranges, their impressive collection of aboriginal artworks and warm, outback hospitality – you won’t want to leave.

    2nd & 3rd Night: Kingsford Homestead
One of Barossa Luxury Retreats iconic properties on the edge of the Barossa Valley, 45 minutes from Adelaide. It's been the home of a wealthy nineteenth-century pastoralist. It's been the home of McLeod's Daughters. And now? Well, now it's yours.

Rise to dawn light filtering through summer dusts and the smell of dew on the stubble. Hustle up your better half, grab an Akubra hat and take a walk into a warm, wide horizon. Sit under the veranda of your 1856 homestead to enjoy trophy food and wines handmade in the Barossa. Take a picnic on the river. Take a balloon flight over the vines. Take your time.

Then gather beside a roaring fire and raise a ruby Shiraz to a diamond night sky.

One last thing: your private 225-acre property is an authentic sheep station, so chances are you’ll get a little dirty as you unearth its histories and secrets. But relax, because this is country South Australia.

And besides – we’ve got a bath all ready for you.
