It is also a gourmet delight – sample the Barossa Valley’s finest wines, southern bluefin from Port Lincoln – the tuna fishing capital of Australia, Coffin Bay oysters and delectable King George whiting and blue swimmer crab from beautiful Streaky Bay. There’s plenty of excitement too when we cage dive with the great white sharks of the Neptune Islands, snorkel with the ‘tuna cowboys’ off Lincoln and swim with the seals at Stokes Bay.
